Laying Down The Gauntlet

Well, it's been a long time coming, but here I am. I'm here to proclaim that juice fasting, forever more on these pages to be known as "just juicing", is the most powerful natural weight loss technique known to man or woman. I'm sick and tired of just juicing being considered the ugly step child of dieting solutions when it should be the head of the family; the one diet solution by which all others should be measured.

Consider this. When you just juice to lose weight:
  • There’s no hunger. Amazingly the body just adapts to a diet of fruit and vegetable juices and after the 3rd or 4th day, all sense of hunger is lost.
  • You lose weight two to three times faster then on the Atkins, South Beach, Zone, Weight Watchers, or any other diet plan you can think of
  • It doesn’t require exercise
  • It doesn’t require pills and there are no special foods to buy
  • It doesn’t require you to measure portions and it doesn’t require you follow any special menus
And contrary to the fine print that’s at the bottom of every Before & After picture used to hawk the latest Diet-of-the-Month, the results I found are typical. And if that’s all just juicing did, it would still be the most powerful weight reduction program in existence.

Yet just juicing does so much more:

  • While you're just juicing the body rids itself of the toxins that accumulate over a lifetime, resulting in a healthier, stronger body that is filled with unbelievable energy.
  • A period of just juicing restores the skin’s natural elasticity, making you look and feel younger.
  • And because you’re eating (drinking actually), 10 -12 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, just juicing is incredibly good for you.
Having said all that, there is still one more thing an extended period of just juicing does that no other diet program can do, the benefits of which outweigh everything I have mentioned before: an extended period of just juicing can actually break the psychological hold that food has on you.

I am here to tell you that after three weeks of just juicing I completely lost my cravings for unhealthy foods.
